Represented the Buckhead Heritage Society Pro Bono and negotiated legal agreement pursuant to City of Atlanta Municipal Code that paved the way for the Randolph-Lucas House to be moved from Buckhead to Ansley Park.

Represented Plaintiff Pro Bono and obtained a permanent injunction to prevent the disturbance and relocation of Mt. Olive Cemetery.

Filed Intervenor Answer and Counterclaim on behalf of descendants of Judge John Heard to stop development of historic Heard Family Cemetery. Argued issue of first impression before the Georgia Court of Appeals regarding whether descendants have a vested property right in a family cemetery.
